Healing by secondary intention with moist wound care (hydro ber and antiseptic wound gel) during 7 weeks without signi cant improvement of the wound situation.
Wound cleansing with saline solution, application of and wound coverage with a foam dressing during the rst week, then with a non-woven gauze.
Wound closure within 41 days.
